wynstans poor installation and damaged products

I would like to hear from anyone else having trouble with wynstan security doors and grills.  I ordered four Crimsafe doors a side light panel and a window security grill late last year.  The order got lost somehow which delayed delivery somewhat.  Finally the items were installed mid December.  None of the doors fitted properly, the window grill was so out of alignment that it couldn't even be installed.  Each door had some level of damage eg. scratches and dents. The side panel was to small for the opening. The installer fitted the 5 of the 6 items ordered. However he damaged the maple door jam. The installation was very poor screws were crooked as were the strike plates. The door closers were at odd angles. We asked for the faults to be rectified. The doors were removed two weeks ago however no repairs have commenced on the damage. I have waited on several occassions for a wynstan rep to arrive at arranged times, but something always goes a miss in the office and no one turns up. Where do I go next to have these issues rectified.

  1. Yesterday Wynstan's sent a new installer to instal supposedly repaired doors that were taken away two months ago for repairs. They installed the original doors with the same damage. They still can not install the side panel or the window screen as these do not fit.
